2011 did provide me all the experiences I needed to grow both personally and professionally. I started the year (01.01.11) inside the call center taking in calls.
Three weeks in training is great as I was able to build experiences that will make make me a super star.
I was able to complete this video last November 2011, but due to time constraints, I wasn’t able to release it on schedule (November 2011).

It has been more than a year since we first step in the industry and we made it. Some are no longer with us. In any way, let’s be happy, since all of us experienced the hottest job in our generation. Some of us may not have served for a long time, but let’s be grateful that in any way we were able to service the needs of our customers, and that’s something we should be proud of.
